Live Like Charlie
The death of Charlie Kirk has shaken so many of us. A voice that stood unafraid to speak truth has been silenced in this world, and we feel the loss. His absence leaves a gap — not just in the cultural conversation, but in the fight for souls, freedom, and the Gospel itself.
But I believe with all my heart: his death cannot be the end of this story. It must be the spark for something greater.

Boldness That Couldn’t Be Bought
Charlie was bold. He said what many were afraid to say. He stood where others shrank back. He didn’t measure his words by what was popular, but by what was right.
This is what the Bible describes when it says:
“The wicked flee though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion.” —
Proverbs 28:1
Charlie modeled a boldness that too many in the church have lost. He lived in a way that forced people to wrestle with truth. And that kind of courage should not die with him — it should multiply in us.

Death Is Not Defeat
It’s natural to grieve. Jesus Himself wept at the tomb of His friend. But we don’t grieve like the world does.
“For if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s.” — Romans 14:8
Charlie’s race is finished, but ours is not. His death is not defeat; it is a summons. A reminder that the mission is urgent, that time is short, and that silence is not an option.

Live Like Charlie: With Fire in Your Bones
If Charlie’s death teaches us anything, it’s this: life is short, truth is costly, and the Gospel is worth everything.
So what does it mean to live like Charlie?
Speak truth when it’s unpopular.
Preach Jesus when it costs you something.
Stand firm when culture tells you to sit down.
Love deeply enough to risk rejection.
Burn brightly in a world that wants to dim the light.
Like the apostles in Acts, we must pray:
“Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness.” — Acts 4:29
And then, like them, we must rise.

The Fire Must Not Go Out
Charlie carried a fire. Now it’s in our hands. The baton has been passed. Will we keep it burning?
We can’t afford to retreat into comfort or compromise. The time is too short. Souls are too precious. Eternity is too real.
This is not the hour to play it safe. This is the hour to rise up, to share the Gospel with urgency, to live boldly, and to give Jesus our full “yes.”

A Call to Action
Charlie’s life and death are a reminder: it’s not about how long we live, but how fully we live for Christ.
Let’s honor him not with silence, but with action. Not with fear, but with faith. Not with compromise, but with courage.
